2. Is in-store pick-up available for pieces bought online?
Yes, you can pick-up the piece from our stores as well. Make sure that you select this option while checking out. Some orders may take some time to reach the store or be ready for delivery. In such cases, you will be informed about the status of your order on the contact number and email you provided.
Store pickups can be done from Tuesday – Sunday, between 11 am – 7 pm.

Our stylists will make sure to cater to these needs with no compromise on your style and celebrations.
5. Do you offer any special offers for Bridal wears?
Being a bride is a beautiful and magical moment and having the correct jewellery for this occasion is an absolute necessity. We understand this and hence, offer exclusive bridal appointments with our Bridal Concierge, Design Head and Stylist. They will help you pick jewellery that suits your needs for each and every function, including the D-Day. We also help you curate your wedding trousseau that will be a eye-grabber.
6. I want something simple for daily wear, can I get that at Shriyan Jewels?
Yes, being a one-stop store for all your jewellery needs- we have pieces that can be worn on a daily basis to pieces that can be worn for special occasions and festivals as well.
7. How long does it take for a custom order to be ready?
We pride ourselves on being able to cater to your needs and make designs that are unique and a product of your sensibility and idea. As these jewellery speak to your identity, we want to make sure to do a good job at it. Hence, we usually take a time of 7-21 days for the same depending on the type of jewellery. The exact date of delivery will be intimated to you at the time of placing the order. As each order differs in terms of the time needed for it, we will make sure to inform you according to the customisation needed.
8. Are the pieces displayed on-order or are they ready for delivery?
Orders placed Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 7-21 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Monday will begin processing the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email when the order has shipped.
9. Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery service beyond India as well. So, if you have friends living outside and want to send them a gift or if you live outside India and want to place an order with us, feel free to do so. We ship worldwide using FED-EX/UPS Priority
10. Is there a minimum order for international delivery?
This will be subject to terms and conditions at that time, which will be notified to you when placing an order.
Custom duties, if any, would be paid by you and are not included in our costs.

Yes, of course! At Shriyan Jewels, we offer custom engraving services on our pieces.
Please note: The engravings will depend on the design and type of jewellery as well. Engraved jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

16. How do we ensure that the metal used is Gold? And what caratage?
All our products are hallmarked and you receive a proper certification for the same. We work on 22k, 18k or 14k gold. This can be modified as per your requirements.
17. Are all the diamonds used Certified?
Yes. With SJ you also receive the promise of quality and authenticity. A proper certification is given for the diamonds you purchase.
18.Do you offer complimentary gift wrapping?
Yes, we do offer gift wrapping as a part of enhanced experience for you. The details of the gift wrapping will be provided to you when you ak for the services.
19. Are the prices on the website inclusive of GST?
Yes. All pricing and offers on SRJ are inclusive of GST charges of 3% which is as per the Government of India’s GST mandate for gold and diamond studded jewellery items. No extra GST will be charged over and above the specified prices.
