We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary due to various reasons,we have crafted the following policy to facilitate a seamless experience for our patrons.

Each of our exquisite pieces is meticulously handcrafted by our skilled artisans, a process that spans weeks to ensure unparalleled quality. As each creation is imbued with its own distinct character, it canresult in slight variations in design, colour, and stone placement between the product images displayed on our website and the actual item received.
Rest assured, our commitment to excellence extends to rigorous quality assessments conducted at multiple stages before your order is dispatched.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect order or a damaged item, we are more than happy to replace it or give you a full refund. - We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase. This is done with zero deductions.
- For all exchanges and returns, the jewellery must be accompanied with the original product certificate as well as the original invoice issued by Shriyan Jewels.
- The product should be returned back in same condition as delivered by Shriyan Jewels along with the attached security tag. Product showing sign of wear or engraved, altered, resized or damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- The jewellery must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, and any other accessories provided.
- Customized or personalized jewelry items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
- The Customer shall hand over the Jewellery for assessment at his/her/their own risk and they shall alone be solely responsible and liable for any loss or damage caused to the Jewellery at the time of handover. SHRIYAN JEWELS will not take responsibility of damage caused by the customer during the process.
- Terms & conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of Shriyan Jewels without any prior notice.
Process for Returns and Exchanges:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at +91 9871487766, or email us at - shriyanjewels@gmail.com within the specified timeframe. We will help you with the next steps and any necessary assistance.
- Make sure that you make a video and click pictures of the order which clearly
- shows the damage, defect, or incorrect product. Please note that our QC team will decide if the product is eligible for return or exchange. Their decision will be final in this matter.
- If the jewel to be exchanged is not in the same condition and has been used or has a damaged security tag, we will not be able to offer a zero-deduction exchange. You can then request for the order to be shipped back at your expense.
- Once the approval is received from our QC team, we will arrange for the product to be picked up within 48 hours and returned to us. Please ensure that the order is packed in the original packaging with the bills, certificates, and tags intact.
- For returns, once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 21 days.(After you receive an acceptance of the return )
- For exchanges where we sent you the incorrect order or it was damaged in transit, we will replace the items free of charge.
However, for exchanges beyond 7 days, a restocking fee of 10% of the order value will be levied on the exchange of diamond jewellery and 25% on uncut diamond or polki jewellery (Please refer to the section on “Exchange Value” to know more)
In-Store Exchange: We also offer in-store exchanges at our store. Make sure to bring your invoice along with the piece and original packaging to ease the process.
